Viibet Terms & Conditions — Full Policy

Viibet is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Viibet and its members. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Viibet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. To create an account on Viibet, you must meet the following requirements:

Viibet will send important notifications to the email address provided at registration. Please use an active email address and check it regularly.

Viibet strictly enforces an 18+ policy. We may request identity and age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these documents will result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

Documents commonly requested:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank statement or utility bill (for address verification, issued within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of Mobile Pay or Nagad account)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, you will not need to resubmit your documents — although we may request them again if required by law.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. During an investigation, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Viibet offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the bonus page. The general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.
• If a deposit is withdrawn after a bonus has been claimed, the associated bonus will be forfeited.
• Promotional codes can only be used once and must be redeemed within the specified validity period.
• Viibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Wagering requirements mean you must bet a specified multiple of the total bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

There are a few basic rules to follow when playing on Viibet:

• Each game has its own rules and RTP. Please read the rules before you start playing.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If disconnected, game results are saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, Viibet's server logs will serve as the final and binding evidence.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game software in any way is strictly prohibited.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Sports Betting wagers are settled only after the official result has been announced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Viibet. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under one person's name or from the same device.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering with false or altered information in order to obtain bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Multiple players secretly coordinating to gain an unfair advantage over others.
• False Identity: Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity or information.

Viibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent documents
• When an investigation is required (the account will be reinstated if the member is cleared)
• Upon member's own request to close the account
• For long-term inactivity (12 months or more)

What happens to your balance upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. Balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations. If an account is under investigation, the balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded. If closure is requested by the member, any valid balance will be available for withdrawal.

Viibet is committed to responsible gaming and provides members with a range of tools to help them stay in control:
